Our celebration cakes are made using only natural ingredients including free range eggs, butter, Belgian chocolate and high quality sugar paste. Each cake is made to order and can take up to a week to create. Sponges are baked and soaked with a flavoured sugar syrup, filled with your choice of fillings and then coated in a luxury chocolate ganache to provide a beautifully smooth surface for the sugar paste and decoration to come. Each cake consists of 3-4 layers of sponge and is approximately 4" in height. We then create bespoke sugar cake toppers to suit your occasion and add that personal touch to your cake. Gluten free options available.
